Does registering online cost any extra?
No! It's free!
Why should I register online?
Not only is registering online free, but it also saves time. It takes about 10 minutes to complete the form. Registering online is a great way to get a spot in a class as soon as possible. It is also completely secure (HTTPS).
When do I have to pay my deposit and how much must I pay?
A deposit of $25/class must be turned in within 10 days of your registration.
What happens if I do not pay the deposit within 10 days?
If we do not have your deposit within 10 days, your child's spot in each class for which we did not receive a deposit will be lost. The class spot will be available for another student.
How should I pay the $25/class deposit?
Bring any payments to the Summer Institute office, located at St. Charles School in room 200 (the Media Center). Cash or checks payable to St. Charles Summer Institute. You can also mail a check to:

Absolutely. In fact, last year over 75% of registrations were submitted online. It is also secure (HTTPS).
Do you give any information I provide to anyone else?
No.
How do I indicate I want the full time package?
If you sign up for every class, morning & afternoon extended care, and lunch bunch, you automatically qualify for the full time package deal. There is also a check box on the form you can click.
How do I know my registration went through?
You will type your e-mail address in the registration form and an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent. Sometimes this may wind up in a spam box. It is still suggested that you print the confirmation page that appears when you finish registering online.
